How do I order shoes?

Please read our Process for Buying section on the home page. This should help answer your question. 

How do I complete a purchase without PayPal?

At the moment, I am only accepting payments through PayPal. If you don't have an account, you will have to create one before purchasing in order to complete the order.

What sizes do you sell?

If you click on the customizable shoe, it should list all the available sizes. Women's is generally sizes 5-11, men's is generally sizes 6-15.

How long do orders take to process and ship?

Once you place the order, you should allow up to a week for me to process and paint the shoes, and you should receive an email once the shoes have shipped. In total, probably 12-14 days.

Do I have to choose from a design that is already in the gallery?

Of course not! You're welcome to order a shoe I have already done, but feel free to ask for any design you would like!

I don't quite know what design I want yet, can you help me decide before I order?

Definitely! If you aren't sure what design you want to submit when ordering, send me a message through the site and I can do my best to help find something that suits you.
